Discover cycling freedom
Tailored coaching for adult beginners, returners and those riding for fitness, family or leisure (18+). We start exactly where your current comfort level is, turning anxiety into miles with smiles.

Your path to confidence.
Did you know that many adults across Northern Ireland never had the opportunity to learn to cycle? If you missed out as a child, you’re not alone. Now’s the perfect time. With our patient, friendly, person-centred approach we help even the most nervous beginners or returners to find or regain that cycling freedom.
Build confidence at your own pace, free from pressure and discover the joy and freedom of riding a bike. It’s never too late to start your cycling journey.
Overcome the hesitation of cycling, learning in a quiet, traffic free environment.
Master balance, gliding, starting and stopping, brake control, pedalling and spatial awareness.
Level 2
Level 3
Starting and stopping safely on urban roads, how to share the road with others, passing stationary vehicles and negotiating junctions. Communication skills, road positioning, manoeuvres and understanding road markings. Advanced skills on how to stay safe in more challenging urban situations. Adapt riding positions for any situation, cycle with others, negotiate more complex roads, complicated junctions or faster roads with speed limits above 30mph.
